HOW WE WORK

1. Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll respond within a business day.
2. We will discuss your needs and propose a plan of action. You will receive a cost estimate shortly after.
3. Once the cost estimate has been accepted, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
4. We’ll compile a mood board depending on the photo session you’ve booked. For example, a mood board won’t be necessary when covering an event.
5. Then, the photo session, of course!
6. An invoice will be sent shortly after the photo session. The balance is to be paid in full before delivery.
7. Two weeks after the photo session, you will receive your photos via an online transfer service in both high- and low resolution. We have a rush processing option should you need the photos sooner.
8. Once you’ve downloaded your photos, we’ll check in and make sure that you are satisfied with them.
